C-ASSIST is a non-profit 501 (c) 3, independent, non-religious community organization with a mission to Advocate, Support, Sustain, Inspire, Service, and Teach the underserved, uninsured, and at-risk individuals in the community. Our main vision is to empower these individuals and help them pave their way to become more productive, self-sufficient, and healthy members of their communities.
